A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF WEST COVINA DEDICATING CERTAIN
CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS HOLLY PLACE AND
ACCEPTING SAME AS A PUBLIC STREET AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain City owned property herein-
after described is hereby dedicated to public street purposes
as a portion of Holly Place described as follows:
Lot 35 of Tract 21631 and Lot 36 of Tract 18453
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per Maps recorded in
Book 629, Pages 6 and 7 and Book 574, Pages 43
and 44 respectively of Maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. Said property so described is hereby
accepted for public street purposes as a part of the City
street system.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause the same to be filed
• for record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of January ,
