RESOLUTION NO. 5168
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA DISAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO.
1975-3 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA.
The City Council.of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission of the City of
West Covina after notice and public hearing, recommended approval
of Amendment No. 1975-3 to the General Plan of the City of West
Covina (Resolution No. 2620). The City Council, after notice, held
a public hearing upon said proposed General Plan Amendment.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the porposed Amendment No. 1975-3 to the General Plan of the
City of West Covina is contrary to the public interest and is
disapproved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 22nd day of December 1975.
