A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DESCRIBING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHICH HAS BEEN INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AND DECLARING THE SAME WITHDRAWN FROM
SAID DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, de-
termine and declare that all that portion of the Consolidated
County Fire Protection District included within the following
described annexation has been and is included within the City
of West Covina by reason of said annexation, to wit:
(1) Easterly Annexation District No. 220.
SECTION 2. All that portion of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District included within the said annexation to
the City of West Covina is hereby declared withdrawn from said
Consolidated County Fire Protection District effective upon the
date of this resolution.
SECTION,3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall file certified'copies of this reso-
lution with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles,
the governing body of said Fire Protection District, the Auditor -
Controller and the Assessor of the County of Los Angeles as spe-
cified in Section 13952 of the Health and Safety Code.
Adopted and approved this 8th day of December, 1975.

a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of December, 1975,
