RESOLUTION NO. 5158
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA DESIGNATING TAXATION DISTRICTS
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976-77.
The CityCouncil of the City o y f West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following Taxation District is .
hereby established in and for the City of West Covina for the
fiscal year 1976-77, to wit:
TAXATION DISTRICT NO. 1 consisting of all of the
incorporated area of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall file a certified copy
thereof with the County Assessor, the County Auditor, and the
State Board of Equalization before the 1st day of January, 1976.
Adopted and approved this 8th day of December, 1975.
