A RESOLUTION OF Tilt -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF'WEST COVINA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP
NO. 30233 (Leendert Schonewille and Associates).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission Tentative Tract
Map No. 30233 for the subdivision of a 3.1 acre parcel of land in
Area District III of the Residential Agricultural (R-A) Zone,
that the Planning Commission recommended approval of said Tentative
Tract Map (Resolution No. 2619) subject to conditions, and the
matter came to the City Council and the City Council held a hearing
thereon.
SECTION 2. Tentative Tract Map No. 30233 is, hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The required street dedications shall include 55 feet
of right-of-way necessary for the extension of 1/2 of West Covina
Parkway together with an irrevocable offer to dedicate an additional
20 feet of right-of-way which may be required for the service
roadway contiguous to subject property.
2. The required street improvements shall include the
construction of 32 feet of street improvements for the extension of
West Covina Parkway pursuant to standards of construction estab-
lished,by the City Engineer, curb and gutter and sidewalk.
3. Each and every one of the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution.No. 2619 with the exception of
• Conditions 6c and 6d which conditions are hereby deleted.
SECTION 3. The City Council does hereby find and declare
that the negative declaration of environmental impact prepared by
the Planning Commission after notice and public hearing is adequate,
has been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental
Quality Act of 1970 and the State Guidelines and is hereby adopted
by the City Council which finds that the impact of the proposed
development will not significantly effect the environment.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
