A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF SAN DIEGO AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Home Federal Savings and Loan Association
of San Diego under date of December 1, 1975, granting to the
City of West Covina the property or interest therein parti-
cularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is gener-
ally described as:
A portion of Lot 132 of E. J. Baldwin's
4th subdivision, in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 8,
Page 186 of maps on file .in the office of
the County Recorder of said county. .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in.the office; of -.the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.,,
SECTION 3.' The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolu'tion:
