RESOLUTION NO. 5153
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY•SANGAVE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.
.FOR SEWER'PURPOSES AND'DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of.West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by -that certain
instrument executed by Sangave Development Co.;, Inc. under
date of November 24, 1975, granting 'to the City of West Covina
the property or interest therein particularly ,'described is
hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
Portions of Parcels 1 and 3 of Parcel
Map No. 884, in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California,
per map recorded in Book 15, Page.87, of
Parcel .Maps on file in the office ` of the
County Recorder,.of said County.
SECTION 2. The City'Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and.said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3,. The'City Clerk
.shall certify to the
adoption;of this resolution.
