A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY
SYLVAN'S. SHULMAN COMPANY, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as _follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by Sylvan S. Shulman. Company, a limited partnership; under date
of November 24, 1975, granting to the City of West Covina the property
or interest therein particularly describedfor traffic signal construction
installation and maintenance purposes, is hereby accepted. Said property
is generally described as:
A portion oftot 155 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth
Subdivision of a portion of the Rancho La Puente,
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book
8, Page 186 of Maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281.of the Government Code and to cause the said
instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
• SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
