A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO.
1, REVISION 7, OF PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
NO. 1 AND AMENDMENT NO. 3 THERETO, AND APPROVING
• TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 26912, ALL WITHIN THE
WOODSIDE VILLAGE PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
ZONE (Planning Commission Resolution No. 2615).
The City Council of theJCity of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application of
Donald L. Bren Company, requesting the approval of Development Plan
No. 1, Revision 7, to Planned Community Development No. l and Amend-
ment No. 3 thereto, all within the Woodside Village Planned Commun-
ity Development Zone for the physical development of approximately
9 acres of land and the environmental impact report with reference
thereto; that hearings thereon were duly conducted by the Planning
Commission and the Planning Commission approved Development Plan
No. 1, Revision 7, and Amendment No. 3 to Planned Community Develop-
ment Plan No. 1; that environmental impact report with reference to
the proposed development was approved; that said plans, revisions
and amendments came regularly before the City Council and the City
Council held a hearing thereon and proper and legal notice of
hearing was duly given.
• SECTION 2. Revision 7 to Development Plan No. 1 to
Planned Community Development No.,l and Amendment No. 3 thereto
within the Woodside Village Planned Community Development Zone
are hereby approved pursuant to the provisions of the West Covina
Municipal Code subject to the terms and conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2615.

SECTION 3. The City Council does hereby find and declare
that the environmental impact report, as prepared by the Planning
Department and approved by the Planning Commission, after notice
and public hearing, is adequate; has been prepared in accordance
with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the
State Guidelines and is hereby adopted by the City Council.
SECTION 4. Tentative Tract Map No. 26912 is hereby
approved, as recommended by Planning Commission Resolution No. 2615.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
