RESOLUTION NO. 5149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENbING SECTION VII
OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277, RELATING TO THE
COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO THE CIVIL ENGINEERING
ASSOCIATE CLASS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The notes applicable to Section VII of
Resolution No. 1277 are hereby amended by adding note 11 thereto
to read as follows:
"11. One Civil Engineering Associate assigned to the
Redevelopment Agency shall receive a pay differential
of $125.00 per month while so assigned.
The assignment shall not extend beyond July 1, 1976
without further City Council approval."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
