RESOLUTION NO. 5147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA GRANTING AUTHORITY TO PROCEED WITH
THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMUNITY FIRE PROTECTION
MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
WHEREAS, the City Council supports the concept of
Community Fire Protection Master Planning; and
WHEREAS, the City Council endorses the preparation
of such a Plan for this community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the planning
organization and planning schedule as submitted by the City
Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has specifically reviewed
the planning schedule, resource requirements, the composition
of the planning team and the steering committee, and the specific
approval process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of West Covina., that the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Manager and City Staff to proceed with the development
of a Community Fire Protection Master Plan for the City of West
Covina; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall
certify to the.adoption of this resolution.
