Resolution - 5130RESOLUTION NO. 5130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE- CUTION OF A CORPORATION GRANT DEED IN FAVOR OF INTERSTATE LEASING CORPORATION, A NEW YORK CORPORATION., AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF. The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and determine that the public con- venience and necessity require that,a Corporation Grant Deed be executed in favor of Interstate Leasing Corporation, a New York Corporation., over certain City -owned property as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and by reference there- to made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute in the name.of the City of West Covina a Corporation Grant Deed, substantially in the form attached, in favor of Interstate Leasing Corporation, a New York Corporation, and cause said Corporation Grant Deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for.record in the office of the County Recorder.of the County of Los Angeles. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of -this -resolution. - APPROVED AND ADOPTED this .27th day of October , 1975.
