A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A CORPORATION GRANT DEED IN
FAVOR OF INTERSTATE LEASING CORPORATION,
A NEW YORK CORPORATION., AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that the public con-
venience and necessity require that,a Corporation Grant Deed
be executed in favor of Interstate Leasing Corporation, a
New York Corporation., over certain City -owned property as
described in the attached Exhibit "A" and by reference there-
to made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name.of the City
of West Covina a Corporation Grant Deed, substantially in
the form attached, in favor of Interstate Leasing Corporation,
a New York Corporation, and cause said Corporation Grant Deed
and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for.record
in the office of the County Recorder.of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of -this -resolution. -

That portion of Lot 122 of E. J:"Baldwin's 4th Subdivision of a part
of the Rancho La Puente, in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as,shown on map recorded in Book 8
Page 186 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the northwesterly line of said lot, distant
along said northwesterly line North 410-15'-27" East, 85.93 feet from
the westerly terminus of that certain course described as South
860-15'-27" West, 28.28 feet in deed to the State of California filed
as Document No. 5520-X in the office of the Registrar of Titles of
said County; thence South 360-34'-33" Eatst, 76.91 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along the southeast-
erly prolongation of last described course South 360-34'-33" East,
60.80 feet; thence southeasterly, tangent to last described course,
along a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 224.00
feet, through an angle of 160-50'-52" an arc distance of 65.87 feet
to the certain curve described as having a radius of 577.37 feet in
Parcel 4 of the deed to the City of West Covina, recorded in Book
D1425 Page 787 of Official Records in said first mentioned office;
thence northwesterly along last-mentioned certain curve to a curve
concave westerly and having a radius of 47.00 feet; said last-
mentioned curve being tangent to that certain. course hereinbefore
described as having a bearing and length of South 360-34'-33" East,
76.91 feet at the southeasterly terminus of said last-mentioned
certain course; thence northerly along said last-mentioned curve
through an angle of 680-33'-03" an arc distance of 56.23 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying northwesterly of a ,line bear-
ing South 530-25'-27" West and passing through a point in that
certain course hereinbefore described as having a bearing and length
of South 360-34'-33" East, 60.80 feet; distant along said last-
mentioned certain course South 360-34'-33" East, 17.00 feet from
that certain curve described as having a radius of 88.00 feet in
said deed to. the State of California.

cribed as having a radius of 497.34 feet in Parcel 4 of the deed to
the City of West Covina, recorded November 20, 1961, as Instrument
No. 3271 in Book D1425 Page 787 et seq.of Official Records, in said
first -mentioned office; thence northwesterly along said certain curve
to the southwesterly line of the northeasterly 50.00 feet of said lot
nd the RUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said southwesterly line
`rth 48-44'-15" West, 196.36 feet; thence North 530-40'-26" West,
5'3.92 feet;. thence South 620704'-38" West, 166.93 feet to the south-
erly line of the above -mentioned Parcel Four; thence along said
southerly line South 820-0l'-34" East 162.29 feet to the beginning
of the above -mentioned certain curve; thence southeasterly along said
certain curve through a central angle of 210-46'-48" an arc distance
of 189.06 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
