RESOLUTION NO. 5124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that that certain
portion of Woodlane Drive now vacated and Lot 27 of Tract
31095, recorded in Book 799, Pages-99 and 100 of Records,
generally described as follows:
Lot 27 and a portion of Woodlane Drive, 50.00 feet wide, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown on Tract Map No. 31095, per map recorded in Book 799,
Pages 99 and 100 of.Maps on file in the office of the County
Recorder of -said County.
is no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was
acquired and_for any other public purpose that'the public
convenience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed
to Donald L. Bren Company.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in'the name of the City
of West Covina a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title
and interest of the City of West Covina in and to said real
property to Donald L. Bren Company herein described, and
cause the said Quitclaim Deed and a certified copy of this
resolution to be filed for record.in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall.certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
