RESOLUTION NO. 5123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A PORTION OF A STREET WHICH HAS
BEEN.SUPERSEDED BY RELOCATION (WOODLANE
DRIVE AND ALLEY)
WHEREAS-, by vacation of the majority of Woodlane
Drive per Resolution No. 5064 dated June 9, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the portion adjacent to said Woodlane Drive
on both sides is to be resubdivided., using the vacated portions
of Woodlane Drive, and
WHEREAS, Woodlane Drive has never been physically built;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does -resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Sections 1930 to 1934, inclus-
ive, of the Streets and Highways Code, the City Council of the
City of West Covina hereby finds and determines that the follow-
ing described portion of Woodlane Drive and alley has been
superseded by relocation:
Those portions of Woodlane Drive 50.00 feet wide, and the
easterly alley, 25.00 feet wide, in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on
Tract Map No. 31095, per map recorded in Book 799, Pages 99
and 100 of Maps on file in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 26
of said Tract 31095; thence along the southeasterly
line of said Lot 26., North 360-10'-00" East., 100.00
feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 26;
thence along the northeasterly line of said lot,
North 80-50'-00" West., 9.90 feet to a line that is
parallel with and 3.00 feet southerly, measured at
right angles, from the northerly line of said Lot 26;
thence South 530-50'-00" East., along said parallel
line, 2.00 feet; thence South 80-5'0'-00" East, 14.14
feet to a line that is parallel with and 5.00 feet
easterly, measured at right angles, from the above -
mentioned southeasterly line of said Lot 2&; thence
-South 360-10'-00" West, 147.00 feet to the northerly
line of Lot 27 of said tract.; thence North 530-50'-00"
West, along lastmentioned northerly line, 5.00 feet
to the southerly prolongation of the abovementioned
southeasterly line of said Lot 26; thence North
360-10'-00" East, along lastmentioned prolongation.,
• 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That portion of existing Woodlane Drive
and alley described in Section 1 hereof is hereby summarily
vacated and abandoned.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall cause a certified
copy thereof to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder,of said County.
