A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY- OF WEST COVINA DECLARING ITS INTEN-
TION TO VACATE A WALKWAY DEDICATED PER
TRACT 18205 ADJACENT TO A CERTAIN PORTION
OF AZUSA AVENUE (setting Novemb.er,_1p;,1975
as the hearing date).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1.. The City Council of the City.of West
Covina does hereby declare.its intention to vacate a walkway
dedicated per Tract 18205 adjacent to a certain portion of
Azusa Avenue, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California., as shown on a map or plan on file in the
office of the City Clerk to which reference is made for further
particulars, described as follows:
That certain walk 10.00 wide shown on Tract 18205, in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
per map recorded in Book 490, Pages 30-32 of Maps on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby elect to proceed to vacate the said walkway
under the provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2,
Article 5 of the Government Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. The hour of 8:00'p.m., on Monday, the
• l0th day of.Novemher;1975, is hereby fixed as the time and the
Council Chambers in the City Hall at 1444 West Garvey Avenue,
West Covina., California., is hereby fixed as the place., for
vacation of said walkway.
SECTION 4-. Notices of said walkway vacation shall
be posted by the Street Superintendent .in the manner prescribed
by Section 50441 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
SECTION 5.. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption'of this resolution.
