A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT NO.
71, REVISION 5 (as Adopted by City Council
Resolution 4919).
• WHEREAS, the City Council has proposed an additional
amendment to Unclassified Use Permit No. 71, Revision 5, and after
notice and public hearing, has determined that the public peace,
health and safety requires the adoption of said amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following amendment to Unclassified
Use Permit No. 71, Revision 5, as adopted by City Council Resolution
No. 4919, is hereby adopted:
(a) Section 2 thereof is amended to read:
112. EFFECTIVE DATE
Unclassified Use Permit No. 71, Revision 5 (Amendment)
is approved and will become effective when the West Covina
Planning Commission finally approves a Master Development
Plan as set forth in Condition 5 of this Unclassified Use
Permit. Unclassified Use Permit No. 71, as modified by
Revisions 1-4 and 6, shall remain operative and in effect
until Unclassified Use Permit No. 71, Revision 5 (Amendment)
is effective. This Unclassified Use Permit No. 71, Revision
• 5 (Amendment) shall cease to be effective for any purpose
on April 1, 1976."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
