RESOLUTION NO. 5103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY
TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY 1, 1975, FOR THE WOODSIDE VILLAGE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY OF WEST COVINA, AND FIXING RATES
OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1975
FOR SAID MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The amount of money necessary to be raised by
taxation upon the taxable property within Woodside Village Maintenance
District No. 2, City of West Covina, for the current fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1975 is hereby fixed as follows: $17,626
For the cost of maintaining and operating the open space
improvements and facilities thereon within the Woodside Village
Maintenance District No. 2, City of West Covina:
SECTION 2. For the purpose of raising the sums of money
necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable real property
within Woodside Village Maintenance District No. 2, City of West
Covina as revenue to maintain and operate the open space, improvements
and facilities within said maintenance district, the rate is hereby
fixed and taxes are hereby levied on all taxable real property in the
said Maintenance District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1975
in the number of cents upon One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value
of said taxable real property as assessed by the County Assessor and
equalized by the Assessment Appeals Board of the County of Los Angeles,
and with respect to certain property as assessed by the State Board of
Equalization and equalized by said Board as follows:

$0.7500 per hundred dollars
No separate tax is being levied upon the taxable property
within any zone in Woodside Village Maintenance District No. 2, for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1975, and no money is being raised to
finance special services within any such zone.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and the same shall be in full force and effect immediat-
ely upon adoption. The said Clerk shall immediately after the adoption
of this Resolution cause a certified copy thereof to be filed with the
Auditor -Controller of the County of Los Angeles. In accordance with
Section 36936.1 of the Government Code, the City Clerk shall cause
publication of this Resolution in the same manner and within the same
time as ordinances are required to be published.
