A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE
STREET SUPERINTENDENT DATED JULY 213, 19751
• MADE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERN-
MENT CODE, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, SECTIONS
39574 THROUGH 39576.5 LEVYING THE ASSESSMENTS
FOR THE WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT PROGRAM FOR
1975.
WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent's report for the Weed
and Rubbish Abatement Program throughout the City, pursuant to
Resolution Nos. 4.915, 5019 and 5059, was posted on July
22, 1975.
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have
been in accordance with law, and
WHEREAS; At"a.public hearing on said report, which hear-
ing was held on July 28, 1975, there were no objections, pro-
tests, or appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Street Superintendent's report
• levying the assessments for the 1975 Weed and Rubbish Abatement
Program be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved.
Section 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forth-
with attach a warrant bearing the date of this order to said
report.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
