Resolution No. 5060 of the City Council of said City, and in conformity with
the provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 19,72", of the State
of California (Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and Highways Code of
said State), and which said report was filed in the office of the City Clerk
(who is ex-officio Clerk of the City Council) of the City of West Covina,
California, on the 20th'day of June, 1975, be and the same is hereby approved
as so prepared, presented and filed.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution, shall cause the same to be entered among the
original resolutions of the City Council of said City and shall make a
minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings
of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting at which
the same is passed and adopted.
