A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A PERMIT
• GIVING ACCESS RIGHTS AND RIGHTS TO INSTALL
AND MAINTAIN TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES EXE-
CUTED BY CAL -PARK SHOPPING CENTER, LTD-1
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Cal -Park Shopping Center, Ltd., a
limited partnership under date of June 12, 1975, granting to
the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for access rights and rights to in-
stall and maintain traffic control devices are hereby accept-
ed. Said property is generally described as:
Portions of Lots 154 and 155 of E. J.
Baldwin's Fourth Subdivision, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California as per
map recorded in Book 8, Page 186 of
Maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
