A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY IMPERIAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Imperial Savings and Loan Association,
and under date of June 9, 1975, granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly des-
cribe(� as hereby accepted. Said property is generally des-
cribed as:
A portion of Lots 168 and 169 of E. J.
Baldwin's Fourth Subdivision, of a part
of the Rancho La Puente, in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map record-
ed in Book 8, Page 186 of Maps on file
in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
• directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said Instrument and said Certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
