RESOLUTION NO. 5059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLU_
TION'OF INTENTION NO. 4915 BY APPROVING THE
SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL WEED AND RUBBISH ABATE-
MENT LIST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina adopted
Resolution of Intention No. 4915 on August 12, 1974, for the
abatement of weeds and rubbish on certain properties within the
City; and
WHEREAS, certain additional properties have been neglected
Or abandoned as described in the Second Supplemental Weed and
Rubb.iysh Abatement List marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto;
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. The Second Supplemental Weed and Rubbish Abate-
ment List is hereby approved and added to the.1974-75 Weed and
Rubbish Abatement Program.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to mail a
"Notice. to Destroy Weeds and'to Remove Rubbish and Refuse", sub-
stantially in the form -specified in Section 39566 of the Govern-
ment Code, to all owners of said property -at the times and manner
specified'in said Government Code.
SECTION 3. The City Council will, at the time of its
regular meeting on.June 9, 1975, at 8:00 P. M., in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall of said City, hear and consider all
objections to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, and refuse.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this -resolution.
