WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, HONORING DOROTHEA HAWKINS
IN RECOGNITION OF "INTERNATIONAL WOMANS YEAR."

WHEREAS, DOROTHEA HAWKINS, who has served the

Covina, participation in the Parent -Teacher's Association,
charter membership of Covina Sister City. Committee and Inter -
Community Hospital Auxiliary, and exemplary dedication as.a
volunteer to the Job Corps Program; and
WHEREAS, In 1965 DOROTHEA HAWKINS was awarded the Agency Leadership
Award and also selected San Gabriel Valley Woman of the Year
by the United Way;.and
WHEREAS, DOROTHEA HAWKINS has donated her time to innumerable comma
