A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN
NO. 665, REVISION 1 (H. A. Geib).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
• SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application
of H. A. Geib requesting the approval of a precise plan of design
for the physical development of a 1.08 acre parcel of land located
at the northeast corner of California Avenue and Vine Avenue, all
as more particularly described in Precise Plan of Design No. 665,
Revision 1, that hearings thereon were duly conducted by the Planning
Commission and the Planning Commission approved the application,
that the matter was called up by the City Council and the City
Council held a hearing thereon and proper and legal notice of hearing
was duly given.
SECTION 2. Precise Plan of Design No. 665, Revision
1, is hereby approved pursuant to the provisions of the West
Covina Municipal Code, provided that the physical development of
the property included therein shall conform to said plan and each
and all of the conditions of precise plan approval contained in
Resolution No. 2581 adopted by the Planning Commission on March
5, 1975, which resolution is by this reference incorporated herein.
Except as otherwise expressly indicated in said Reso-
lution No. 2581, each and every one of the conditions contained
therein shall be fully performed and completed or shall be secured
by bank or cash deposit satisfactory to the Planning Director
before the use or occupancy of the property is commenced and
before a certificate of occupancy is issued. The violation of
any of said conditions shall be grounds for the revocation of
Precise Plan of Design No. 665, Revision 1, by the Planning Com-
mission or City Council.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resol it.ion.
