A RESOLUTION -OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE OPENING
OF A HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT
• AND DESIGNATING THE --OFFICERS ENTITLED TO SIGN
WARRANTS AND CHECKS.
The City of West Covina does hereby resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to open
an account for the Housing and Community Development Fund.
SECTION 2. The signators authorized to sign all
warrants and checks for the payment of money shall be the Mayor,
Controller and Treasurer of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. All demands shall be presented and paid
in substantially the same manner as other demands are presented
to and paid by the City.
SECTION 4. For the purpose of the Letter of Credit
in connection therewith, the authorized choice of signators for
the two required authorized signatures shall be Mayor, Controller,
Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing Resolu-
tion was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of West Covina held on the 24th day of March, 1975, by the
