RESOLUTION NO. 5030
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROV-
ING'COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 2991 AS
REVISED MARCH, 1975, WITH STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby resolve:
SECTION 1. That Cooperative Agreement No. 2991
between City of West Covina and State of California, Department
of Transportation, as revised March 1975, is approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute the agreement and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th of March , 1975.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 24th day of March 1975, by the
