A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA RELEASING AND TERMINATING
A CERTAIN COVENANT EXECUTED BY MAURICE R.
CHEZ AND FLORENCE CHEZ.
• WHEREAS, by Covenant and Affidavit No. 417 dated November
17, 1974, Maurice R. Chez and Florence Chez did covenant and agree
that before any subdivision of the hereinafter described real property
was made, separate sewer facilities would be installed for each
parcel of land proposed to be created by any such subdivision, all
as required by the Plumbing Code of the City of West Covina, and
WHEREAS, the real property subject to said Covenant and
Affidavit No. 417 is described as:
Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 4902 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 55, Page
24 of Parcel Maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, which property is
located and known as 101 and 201 South Azusa Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, separate sewer facilities have been installed
for the ,structures located at 101 and 201 South Azusa Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of West Covina that:
SECTION 1. Said Covenant and Affidavit No. 417 executed
by Maurice R. Chez and Florence Chez is hereby released and termi-
nated.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause a certified copy thereof accompanied
by her certificate authorizing the recording thereof to be delivered
to Maurice R. Chez.
