A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY HELEN T. ANDERSON, AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Helen T. Anderson, under date of
February 24, 1975, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein is hereby accepted. Said property
is generally described as:
That portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 36
in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California as per map
recorded in Book 10, Page 64 of Parcel Maps
on file in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
