RESOLUTION NO. '5018
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING CORPORATION
GRANT DEEDS EXECUTED BY UMARK INC., AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by those certain
instruments executed by Umark Inc., under date of February 18,
1975, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described for street and highway
purposes to be known as Amar Road, Shadow Oak Drive and Nogales
Street,is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described
as:
Those portions of Parcel 4 and Parcel 7 in
the City of West Covina, as now established,
County of Los Angeles, State of California
as per map filed in Book 85, Pages 10, 11 and
12 of Records of Surveys on file in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument. -and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of February,
