RESOLUTION NO. 5016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
OF PROPERTY FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California, is hereby authorized to purchase passenger vehicles
for and on behalf of the City of West Covina pursuant to Section 14814 of the
Government Code, and the Purchasing Agent of the City of West Covina is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents required in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
