A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PLANNED
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NO. 1 AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT WITH REFERENCE THERETO (Umark, Inc.)
The City Council of the City of West Covinaidoes resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application
of Umark, Inc. requesting the approval of Amendment No. 2 to Planned
Community Development No. 1 for the physical development of approxi-
mately 850 acres within the area of Azusa Avenue and Amar Road
(Woodside Village) and the Environmental Impact Report with reference
thereto; that hearings thereon were duly conducted by the Planning
Commission and the Planning Commission approved Amendment No. 2 and
the Environmental Impact Report with reference thereto, that said
plan came automatically before the City Council and the City Council
held a hearing thereon and proper and legal notice of hearing was
duly given.
SECTION 2. Amendment No. 2 to Planned Community Develop-
ment No. 1 is hereby approved pursuant to the provisions of the
West Covina Municipal Code subject to the terms and conditions
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2567.
SECTION 3. The Environmental Impact Report for Amendment
No. 2 to Planned Community Development No. 1 is hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
