RESOLUTION NO. 3 521
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
West Covina ORDERING WORK TO BE DONE ON
Lark Ellen Avenue
•- IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUUION OF INTENTION NO. 3487
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina , on
the 14 day of Noyembegr, 1966 adopted its Resolution of Intention
No. 3487 to order the work described therein to be done, and said
Resolution of Intention having been duly and legally published as re-
quired by law, and notice of the improvement having been given in the
manner required by law, and protests having been filed by the owners
of the property to be assessed for said improvement, prior to the
time set in the Resolution of Intention for filing protests, and
having been heard and overruled by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF West Covina
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience require,
and the City Council of the City of West Covina hereby
orders, the work described in said Resolution of Intention No. 3487
to be done
SECTION 2. The City Clerk hereby is directed to
post, for five (5) days on or near the door of the Council chamber in
the City Hall, a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing
the work ordered and referring to the specification on file, and to
publish, for two (2) days, a notice inviting such proposals, in
West Covina.Triburie , a newspaper published and circu-
lated in the City of Nest Covina , the first of which publi-
cations shall be not less than ten (10) days before the date the bids
are to be opened.
SECTION 3. Reference hereby is made to the Resolution of
Intention for a description of the work, the assessment district, the
bonds to be issued, and for further particulars.

City Clerk
shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effects

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a
ramilar meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina
held on the 27 day of December 3 1966 , by the affir-
mative vote of at least 14 councilmen, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen Nichols
