RESOLUTION NO. 3520
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF West Covina OVERRULING PROTESTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
adopted on the 14 day of November , 1966 , the City Council
set a hearing on the 27 day of December 1966 , for the
purpose of determining whether the work described in said Resolution
of Intention should be performed; and
WHEREAS, the majority protest provisions of the "Debt Limit Act"
are not applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Nest Covina
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. After hearing the report of the engineer and all
evidence for and against the doing of the work described in Resolution
of Intention No. 3487 the City Council of the City of West
Covina. -finds that such work should be done and hereby
overrules any and all protests to the doing of said work.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall.certify to the adoption of this
Resolution..
