RESOLUTION NO. 3510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DESIGNATING TAXATION DISTRICTS FOR
THE ?ISCAL YEAR 1967-68.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following Taxation Districts are hereby
established in and for the City of West Covina for the fiscal year
1967-68 to wit:
TAXATION DISTRICT NO. 1 consisting of all of the incorpo-
rated area of the City of West Covina except that portion thereof
included in Taxation District No. 2.
TAXATION DISTRICT NO. 2 consisting of all that portion of
the City of West Covina included within Southerly Annexation District
No. 158 (Ordinance 604), effective December 10 1958. Southeasterly
Annexation District No. 161 (Ordinance No. 5995, effective November
28, 1958; Southerly Annexation District No. 163 (Ordinance No. 629)0
effective July 8, 1959; Northeasterly Annexation District No. 164
(Ordinance No. 628)., effective June 25, 1959; Easterly Annexation
District No. 165 (Ordinance No. 676), effective October 17, 1960;
Southwesterly Annexation District No. 168 (Ordinance No. 723), effective
November 22, 1961; Southerly Annexation District No. 169 (Ordinance No.
729)., effective January 30, 1962; Easterly Annexation District No. 171
(Ordinance No. 759),effective November 14, 1962; Easterly Annexation
District No. 172 (Ordinance No. 760) effective November 142 1962;
Southerly Annexation District No. 174 (Ordinance No. 763), effective
December 14, 1962; Northerly Annexation District No. 176 (Ordinance
No. 764), effective December 14, 1962; Southerly Annexation District
No. 177 (Ordinance No. 766), effective December 200 1962; Easterly
Annexation District No. 17$ (Ordinance No. 768), effective December
200 1962; Southerly Annexation District No. 181 (Ordinance No. 815),
effective September 120 1963; Southerly Annexation District No. 183
(Ordinance No. 796), effective June 4, 1963; Southerly Annexation
District No. 185 (Ordinance No. 880), effective October 13, 1964;
Northeasterly Annexation District No. 186 (Ordinance No. 881..),
effective October 13 1964; Easterly Annexation District No. 187
(Resolution No. 307350 effective January 14,1965; Southerly Annexation
District No. 188 (Ordinance No. 909), effective April 9, 1965;
Southerly Annexation District No. 190 (Ordinance No. 946), .effective
December 10, 1965; and Southerly Annexation District No. 192 (Ordinance
No. 981)2 effective November 10, 1966.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall file a certified copy thereof with the County
Assessor, the County Auditor, and the State Board of Equalization
before the lst day of January, 1967.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 12th day of December, 1966, by the following vote
of the Council:
