A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DESCRIBING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
. WHICH HAS BEEN INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AND DECLARING THE SAME WITHDRAWN FROM SAID
DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that all that portion of the Consolidated County Fire
Protection District included within the following described annexa-
tion has been and is included within the City of West Covina by
reason of said annexation, to -wit:
(1) West Covina Southerly Annexation District
No. 192, effective November 100 1966.
SECTION 2. All that portion of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District included within the said annexation to the
City of West Covina is hereby declared withdrawn from said Consolidated
County Fire Protection District.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall file certified copies thereof with the
State Board of Equalization, the governing body of said Fire Protec-
tion District, the County Clerk or the Registrar of Voters, and the
County Assessor of the County of Los Angeles.
Adopted and approved this day of December,_,�9,66.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of December, 1966.
