A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE STREET
SUPERINTENDENT FOR CONSTRUCTION DONE PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 3448, 817 EAST VINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina
by Resolution No. 3448 directed certain constructions to be
done, all as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, subsequently thereto the Street Superintendent
filed a report of the costs for the doing of said work; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of December, 1966, the City
Council of the City of West Covina held a hearing to pass upon
said report; and
WHEREAS, said hearing now has been concluded.
NOW, THEREFOREt THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said report as filed hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was

of West Covina held on the 12th day of December, 1966, by the
affirmative vote of at least four councilmen, to wit:
