RESOLUTION NO. 3506
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
COUNTY -CITY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 42 FOR THE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ON GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN
TONI DRIVE AND 0.9 MILES NORTH OF TEMPLE
AVENUE (FEDERAL -AID SECONDARY PROJECT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find it in
the public interest to execute a Tri-Party Agreement between
this City, Los Angeles County, and the State Division of Highways
for the construction of Grand Avenue between Toni Drive and 0.9
miles north of Temple Avenue.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement in the name of the City of
West Covina.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution.
