A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
WRITTEN INSTRUMENT AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION le The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by Home Savings and Loan Association
under date of 7n�TAmY�Pr �n _ 1h
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein particularly described for Slope Purposes
is hereby accepted., Said property is generally described as
A portion of the Rancho La Puente in the City of West Covina
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
Los Angeles
in book 1260 page 163 of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder,
SECTION 20 The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.;
SECTION 3a The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of
December 1966 by the following vote of the Council:
