A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
WRITTEN INSTRUMENT AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
iThe City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows-.
SECTION to The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by Brutoco De Qpment Sompa ny
under date of December 6, 1966
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein particularly described for A storm drain easement
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as
A portion of Lot 116 of Tract 930 in the City of West Covina. County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in book 17
pages 38 and 39 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 20 The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed
• for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of
December 1966 by the following vote of the Council:
