RESOLUTION NO. 3501
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE AUTHORIZED AGENT TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT TO OLD -AGE, SURVIVORS, AND DIS-
ABILITY INSURANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, an agreement was approved on behalf of the
State of California on August 15, 1951, providing for the inclus-
ion of certain coverage groups of the CITY OF WEST COVINA in the
California State Social Security Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina
deems it to be in the best interests of the city to execute an
amendment to said agreement to correctly state the coverage groups
included, effective July 1, 1951;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve:
SECTION 1. That Mayor Harvey S. Krieger, the Authorized
Agent of the City of West Covina, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said amendment to the Old -Age, Survivors,
and Disability Insurance Agreement.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
Approved and adopted this 48th day of Noyoj�fier, 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of November, 1966,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen Gillum, Nichols, Snyder, Gleckman, Mayor Krieger
