A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN NO.
510 - Nelson.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
•SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Department the application of
Eugene Nelson requesting approval of a precise plan of design upon
property located on Dalewood Avenue between Puente and Halinor Avenues.
and described in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1925, that a hearing
thereon was duly conducted by the Planning Commission and that the
Planning Commission granted said application subject to certain conditions;
that the matter was appealed to the City Council and that the City Council
has held a hearing thereon, and that proper and legal notice of said
hearings was duly given.
SECTION 2. Said Precise Plan of Design No. 510 is hereby
approved, subject to the following conditions, violation of any of which
shall be grounds for revocation thereof, namely, all conditions imposed
by Planning Commission Resolution No. 1925, which is hereby made a part
hereof; and further that this approval shall be effective only if and as
long as Variance No. 597 is in effect.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy to said applicant.
