A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DETERMINING THAT LIQUIDATED
DAMAGE 'SHALL BE PAID (AD 1-66)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WF.4T CnVTNA DOES
.'RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in the event the contractor who is the
successful bidder for doing the work described in Resolution of
Intention No. 3487
as changed does not complete the work
within the time.limits specified in the contract or within such
further time as the legislative body shall have authorized, the
cant_actor shall pay to the City liquidated damages in the amount
of �5 50.00 per day.
SECTION 2. A provision providing for such liquidated damages'-
�:a�.'�i be inserted in the specifications for the doing of such work.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
,-,.-.ion of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the .same
;- t all be in full force and effect.
