A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE
FOR LIMIT REPORT OF THE IMPROVE-
MENT OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO._" 7 -6f> (.TARK PURN
AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS)
WHEREAS, by resolution No. 3485 adopted November 14 ,
196 , the City Council of the City of West Covina ordered
a report to be made pursuant to the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation, and Majority Protest Act.of 1931; and
WHEREAS, said report was submitted to said City Council on
November 14 , 1966 , and has been duly considered by said City
Council on said date;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST CnVINA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
• SECTION 1. That said report prepared and submitted to the City
Council, pursuant to resolution No. 3485 , being the "Report on
the Proposed Improvement of Assessment District No. AD 1-66
Lark Ellen Avenue and
(other streets )" be, and the same hereby is,approved,
and said report shall be filed with the Clerk of the legislative body,
and the fact and date of this approval shall be endorsed upon said
report.
SECTION 2. That December 27 , 1g66 , at the hour of
8:00 0 clock p M., in the Council chamber of the City Hall,
1444 West Garvey Avenue, West Covina California, is the
date, hour, and place fixed by this City Council for said City Council
to hear all protests and objections to sajd report and the doing of
the work proposed thereunder, and said hearing shall be held by said
legislative.body.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk hereby is directed and
authorized to give notice of said hearing and the approval of said
report by.mailing notice of said hearing to all persons owning real
property propcs ed to be assessed whose names and addresses appear
on the last equalized assessment roll for the County of Los Angeles

or as known to the Clerk, all in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 2851-2854 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California,
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
