RESOLUTION NO. 3484
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ADOPTING THE PROFILE AND
IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF LARK ELLEN AVENUE A QTIE R STREETS
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA (AD 1 6)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ]BEST Caylu, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement plan
No. 42_ Dom_ for the improvement of I,grk Ellen Avenue and other
streets in the City of Went Covina
on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of West
Covina , be, and the same hereby is, approved and adopted for such
work and improvement.
That that certain specification entitled:
• AD 1-66
prepared by the City Engineer for the City of West Qvina
and on file in the office of the City Cierk , thereof, be,
and the same hereby is, approved and adopted for such work and im-
provement.
That that certain drawing No. 741 showing the right
of way to be acquired for the improvement of Lark Ellen Avenue and
other streets in said city, on file
in the office of the City Engineer of said city, be, and the same
hereby is, approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above mentioned
plan, drawing, and specification shall be filed in the office of the
City Engineer and Street Superintendent of the City of West Covina
and both such plan and specification shall be open to
public inspection.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
