RESOLUTION NO. 3483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING MAP OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LARK ELLEN
AVENUE
STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain plat or map, No. 742 ,
prepared by the City Engineer of the City of west Covina., showing
the boundaries,of the proposed assessment district and all of the
lots or parcels of land included within said district for the
improvement of Lark Ellen Avenue ,
in the City of ,]Lest Covina , be, and the same hereby is, approved
and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall endorse the certificate on
said map evidencing the date and adoption of this resolution and
shall file the original of such map in the office of the City Clerk
and within 15 days after the adoption of the Resolution of Intention,
and in no event later than 15 days prior to the date of the hearing
on the Resolution of Intention, shall file a copy of said map with
the County Recorder.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina
held on the 14th day of November. 1966, by the affirmative
vote of at least four councilmen, to wit:

Krieger.
