OTHER STREETS

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
` SECTION 1. That the City Engineer shall furnish to the City
Council of said City plans and specifications, together with a "
careful estimate of the costa and expenses of the . proposed work for
'- the improvement of Lark Ellen Avenue and other streets by clearing,
;°excavating, -grading, preparation of sub grade, construction of
aggregate base ana asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete cur s -an
gutters, sidewalks
and such other work as may be pertinent and necessary for the
°_. adequate improvement of said street.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth'and thereafter the same shall be.
5 in full force and effect.
