A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF TRACT NO.29930 ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BOND-(S) TO SECURE
• THE SAME.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner
and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract No._29_930
which has been approved by the Planning Commission and by the City
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed
agreement by the subdivider for the construction of certain. improvements
within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by surety bond(s)
for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West. Covina does
resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract. No. 29930 submitted
to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered be and the same are hereby
accepted for public use, subject to any restrictions to be filed and re-
corded therewith; and that the proper officers of the City of West Covina
be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map
on behalf of the City;
That the proposed agreement by the subdivider in the form sub-
mitted to this meeting be accepted;
That the 3 surety bond(s) presented as security for the
faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement with
W.H.L. Corporation as principal and
General_ Insurance Company of America as surety in the total
sum of $ ixty Five Thousand Four _be and the same hereby is/are accepted;
and Hundred And Ninety and 00/100._ ($65,490.00)
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution..

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular meeting thereof
held on 'the 14th day of November 196 6, by the following
vote of the Council:
