IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE IMPROVE

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST.COVINA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement plan,
No. SP 11 , for the improvement of Spring Meadow Drive
in the City of West Covina
on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Wegt
Covina , be, and the same hereby is, approved and adopted for such
work and improvement.
That that certain specification entitled:

prepared
by the City
Engineer
for the
City of
West Covina and

on file
in the office
of the
City Engineer
thereof, be, and the
same hereby is, approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It hereby is ordeted that the above -mentioned
plan and specification shallbe filed in the office of the City Engineer
of the City of .test Covina and,' I both such plan and specifica-
tion shall be open to public inspection.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
