RESOLUTION NO. 3463
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DENYING A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE.
(Zone Change No. 367-Mobil Oil Corporation)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. An application of Mobil Oil Corporation for
change of zone to C-1 upon property located at 222 to 242 North
Vincent Avenue, and more particularly described in Planning Commis-
sion Resolution No. 1916, having been duly heard by the Planning
Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having
denied said change of zone, and the same having been appealed to
the City Council, after due notice and public hearing, the City
Council finds that the public welfare does not require the said
change of zone and that said application should be denied.
SECTION 2. The application of Mobil Oil Corporation for
Zone Change No. 367 relating to said property is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
said applicant.
Adopted and approved this 26th day of September , 1966.
