A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA GIVING APPROVAL TO PARCEL MAP NO. 15 ,
AND ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND A
SURETY BOND.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner
and subdivider thereof, final Parcel Map No. 15 which has been
recommended for approval by the Planning Commission and by the City
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting an agreement
by the subdivider for the construction of certain improvements within
or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
That final Parcel Map No. 15 submitted to this
meeting be and the same is hereby approved;
That the agreement by the subdivider in the form submitted to
this meeting be accepted;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance of
the terms and conditions of said agreement with The Travelers Indemnity
Company , as surety, in the sum of Four thousand,
nine hundred dollars and no/loo($4,900-00) be and the same hereby is
accepted; and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
